ふ	ふかちゃき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か通っています。先生の診察はいいですが、診察から会計までがやはり長い。会計待ちが複数人たまってから、まとめて処理するのかもしれません。平日日中の混雑もさほどしていない時間帯でも、25分程度待たされました。 (受付から診察までは10分程度の待ち時間) おまたせしました、の一言もありません。ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー診察室は入り口から見て右が眼科、左が耳鼻咽喉科になっており、受付は一緒です。土曜日の９時頃に耳鼻咽喉科に行きましたが、とても混んでおり、診察まで１時間程度待ちました。先生の診察はとても丁寧におこなってもらえ、とても好感がもてましたし、看護師さんに血管が見えづらく他病院では注射に時間がかかることを伝えたのですが、迅速に１回で打ってもらえました。他の方の口コミの、受付の方の愛想がない／診察から会計まで長い(30分程度)／先生の腕がいい／看護師さんの対応がいい、というのは同感です。 I have been to it several times. ヤ	ヤスコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診で来た。マイナンバーカードで受付できるってポスター貼ってたのでマイナンバーカードで受付したがさっぱり呼ばれない。受付に確認したら保険証も出すんだと言う。そんなの何処にも書いてない仕方なく保険証も出し受付した。血圧測ると言われて座って待ってたら呼ばれた。血圧計りましたか？と言われてどこで測るのと聞くとそこの階段上がったところですって言われた。初診だよちゃんと説明しなさいよ全く不親切な受付だ。でも先生は丁寧に診察してくださった。検査技師の方も丁寧に説明しながら検査してくださいました。来院する人みんなが釜石に長く住んでる訳じゃないです。初診患者なんだからもう少し気をつけて説明してください。 I came for the first visit.
