★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から思っていたが、年配の定員が接客がよくない。子供と一緒に行った際、コロナの時代では分かるが(子供に色んな物やあっらこちら触らせないようにと言われた)こちらとしてもコロナだから触らすつもりもない。そもそも毎日、商品を消毒しているのか？サービス業として1から接客を学んだ方がいいのでは！口コミを見る限他の人も感じていると思う。
I've been thinking for a long time, but the elderly capacity is not good at serving customers. When I went with my child, I know it in Corona's time (I was told not to let my child touch various things), but I'm not going to touch it because it's Corona. Do you disinfect your products every day in the first place? I think it's better to learn customer service from 1 as a service industry! As far as I see the reviews, I think other people are feeling it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22日にエギングのロッド、リールを買いに行ったのですがリールを見る際に欲しいリールを見つけました、ロッドも購入予定だった為、一旦リールを置きロッドを取りに行こうとした時、店員さんが寄って来てリールの起き方が悪いとまあまあな勢いで言われました、おそらく買わない客と思われたのでしょう、
周りのお客もいる中、恥をかかされました、
ほんと客をなめてます、
今まで相当買い物させていただきましたがもう二度と利用したく無いです。
私の置いた向きが悪かったのでしょうが言い方は有ると思います。
今までずっと利用させて頂いていたのでとても残念ですし気持ちよく買い物したかったです。
帰り道のか◯や釣具店さんに寄った所とても親切に対応頂き無事新品で良い物を購入されて頂きました。
値段もたいしてかわらないし中古は二度とかいません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アウトレットのルアー等沢山有ります。駐車場も広いのでゆったりとできます。お店の中にある棹をたてているロッドスタンドが、木の丸太で出来ていて…とってもおしゃれです。売り物ではないので購入出来ませんが、欲しいです(*^.^*)

2度ほど行きましたが、髪を染めた中年のおじさん、若いメガネの店員、質問した際にどちらも面倒くさそうに応対された。
県内3店舗のベリーで間違いなく1番接客のクオリティは低い。
他の方も色々書いていますが特に改善されないのですね。
