a	asm kitaym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サップ(sup、スタンドアップパドルサーフィン)が体験出来る。ボード、パドルは貸してくれて3時間ほどで初回は5,000円(だったかな？)、2回目以降は3,500円、PayPayか現金。初心者にも丁寧におしえてくれるし、海に出てからもよく見ててくれます。経験に応じて、内容は変えてくれる感じでした。途中に砂浜や海の上での休憩あり。初めてで、最初はよろよろフラフラだったけど、慣れてくると気持ちいい。海も綺麗だし、波もたぶん穏やか。向かい風だとちょっと頑張りが必要笑尾道から片道780円で百島まで行くと、スタッフのよく焼けたお兄さんが車で迎えに来てくれる。港の反対側まで車で中々ワイルドな未舗装道路を10分ほど走ると到着。施設はめちゃくちゃ綺麗な施設とかでは無いが、普通の家のような感じ、更衣室、シャワー、トイレが使わせてもらえる。冷蔵庫もちょっとなら使わせてもらえる。尾道で飲み物とか買っていくといいかも。プライベートビーチみたいな人とかほとんどいない静かなビーチ。格好は、女性なら水着の上にラッシュガードとか、ランニングみたいにタイツ、短パン、ユニクロとかのエアリズムパーカーみたいな濡れても平気なものであればOK You can experience sup (sup, stand-up paddle surfing).
