k	kazu “初心者ゼロ” matsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアル開店したばかりでメニューのペースもスタッフも熟練されていないため、★1個減らしましたが、店内の雰囲気、風景が良すぎるため、そこがカバーされていると思うお店です。しゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題のみをメニューにしていおり、楽しく自分の好きなものを好きなペースで頂けるのですが、まだ、それしかないメニューの提供に安定感がなく、またガス切れしてもすぐに交換してくれるスタッフも来ないため、制限時間中に待たされる隙間がとにかく多いです。スタッフがたらず手間を惜しむなら、最初から鍋スープを多めにしておくか、自分等で継ぎ足せるデカンタを置いておくなど、工夫したらいいのに。と思う手際の悪さも目立ちます。例 : 頼んだものが中々出てこず、その間スープは煮込まれる→汁足らなくなる→追加を頼む→やっと注文具材来る→汁追加で冷める→待ってしゃぶしゃぶするが具材足らずにまた呼びつける→待たされまた汁煮込まれ足らなくなる····という悪循環。また、出汁を追加注文３回目位になると、有料とされるため、余計に無料はここまで。と判るデカンタ必須ではないかと思います。風景が良いので、本当にそこでカバーされてるけど、無かったら不評多いんではないかな。提供方法の改善と熟練の経験値が出てくれば、いかようにもフォロー出来る欠点なので！今後の期待を込めての評価です。 Since the store has just been reopened and the pace of the menu and the staff are not skilled, I reduced the number by one, but the atmosphere and scenery inside the store are too good, so I think that is covered. Also, if you order additional soup stock for the third time, you will be charged, so this is the end of the free charge. I think that a decanter is indispensable. The scenery is good, so it's really covered there, but if it weren't there, it wouldn't be popular. It's a drawback that you can follow up anyway if you improve the provision method and get the experience value of skill! It is an evaluation with expectations for the future.
