Welfare facilities are making various efforts to create a place for people with disabilities to work. I heard that you are actively working on new initiatives among the facilities in Kyoto! Inside the store with a cute design using Kyoto wood The interior has a woody atmosphere with plenty of wood. It seems that they are using Kyoto wood! (Written) This is probably in line with the concept of sticking to Kyoto ingredients! The workshop is in the back of the store. Basically, pastry chefs who have been trained for many years are making sweets, but people with disabilities are assisting in that work. Customers can eat sweets made by authentic pastry chefs, and the sales will be the salary of people with disabilities. It's a win-win game! I sincerely hope that the number of such stores will increase. The specialty "Sunny Baumkuchen" The specialty is Baumkuchen! There are 3 types of lineup! ・ Soft type "Moon" 1000 yen ・ Hard type "Oyosan" 1000 yen ・ Soft and hard hybrid "Sunny" 1300 yen I got the "sunny" recommended by the shop! When you go home and warm it up with a toaster ... The outside is a hard type so it's crispy The inside is a soft type, so it has a fluffy finish. The contrast of this texture is good! The package is cute, and if it's 1300 yen, it's a perfect souvenir! There are plenty of other sweets made with Kyoto ingredients! We have a wide range of products other than Baumkuchen!
