米ッキー、と名前があり、紫いも、南瓜など野菜入りで味が選べるようだ。
「私、小麦粉と砂糖は取らないようにしてるんです」と言うと、
「小麦粉をガマンして、砂糖くらいは」と言われたかな。
確かに小麦粉はなしで、砂糖が使われてる。
でも私が、砂糖を採らないようしてるのには健康上の理由がある。
シフォンケーキ
米ッキーのタイガーナッツ入りラスク¥400
紫いも¥400を購入。
お支払いはpaypay、JAF会員は5％引き
シフォンケーキは甘い。卵や乳製品を不使用で、これだけフワッとしてるのは、とても良い。
ラスクは、サクサクして美味しかった。
米クッキーは非常に固い。タイガーナッツの味と混ざりあい、臭い。後味がよくなかった。結局食べられずに捨ててしまった。
