純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 菓子屋 shirushi。犬山に2020年10月にオープンしたばかりのお菓子屋さん。もともとサンビルやマーケット日和などに出店していたKobittoさんが新たにオープンした実店舗。オープン当初はかなりの行列で、売り切れも早かったのですが、オープンから10日ほど経って少し落ち着いた頃に伺ってみました。この日購入したのは、・和栗のロールケーキ・さつまいものタルト・まるごとマロンパイ・クッキー缶ロールケーキは、しっとり優しい食感&味でとても美味しくて、クッキー缶は中のどの焼き菓子も美味しかったです。パイはちょっと私の好みとは違い、すんごく軽い味わいで、ちょっと物足りなかったかな。賑わいを戻しつつある犬山ですが、観光客向けのお店ばかりでなく、こだわったお店が増えてきて、嬉しいばかりです。 Confectionery shirushi. h	haya .t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問です。お店の雰囲気が心地よく、外の喧騒を忘れさせるようなゆったりとした空間です。期間限定のキャラメルのタルトと、いちごのロールケーキを購入しました。キャラメルはねっとりと濃く香り立ち、タルトはサクッと、軽い口当たり。いちごのロールケーキは、スポンジがしっとりもっちり。クリームは濃厚ながらもさっぱり。苺も香り良く、甘くジューシー。是非ショートケーキも食べてみたいです。新しくできた2階の本屋さんも素敵です。 shirushiの店員さんにお声がけすると、上に登る階段を案内してくださいます。訪問時、複数の珈琲焙煎店の豆が購入出来るコラボイベントが行われており、珈琲に合うお菓子も置かれていました。購入した珈琲も美味しく、ケーキと一緒にいただきました。近隣の店舗ともコラボされているようで、つながりを大切にされているお店だと感じました。 This is my first visit.
