階段の登り降りも痛いくらいでしたが、帰ってきたときの第一声が「痛みがなくなった」でした。一発で完治は無理ですが様子を見ながら少しずつ回復してくれたらと思います。
もっと早く行かせれば良かった。
私も今度行ってみるつもりです。

私は肩こりがひどく、鍼とマッサージをしてもらっています。全身をみながら、やり方を工夫してもらっているようで、毎回、かなり楽になります。
○○コースのようなメニューがあるわけではなく、症状を伝えてどうするかを決めていく形なので、何度か通うと徐々に自分に合った施術になっていくのではないかと思います。
私の場合は、同じ時間の整体に行くより遥かに楽になるので、とてもお世話になっています。
