★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 処方箋に基づいて薬を出しているだけで、注意事項や指導はなく、何かあれば先生へと言われるだけなので、新しい薬が処方された時はネットで調べています。確かに、検査データや診療内容等分からない事が多いでしょうから何も言えないのは分かりますが、それでは薬剤師が薬を出す意味がないのではと思います。
I only give out medicines based on the prescription, there are no precautions or guidance, and if there is something, the teacher just tells me, so when a new medicine is prescribed, I check it online. Certainly, I understand that I can't say anything because I don't know much about test data and medical treatment details, but I don't think it makes sense for pharmacists to give medicine.

あんなに職員いてなんであんなに遅いんでしょうね。不思議です。
この薬局を指定されるので仕方なく行ってますが、行きたくないです。
