前の方の方が良かった。
私の薬の処方には時間がかかる為必ず先に病院からファックスで送って貰ってます。
前までは手際よく出来上がってましたが今ではその意味も無く取りに行ってもかなり待つ状態です。
丁寧に患者さんに色々、薬の説明をするのは良い事だとは思います。けど10分以上の説明！！
窓口も３つあったのに今は２つ！
10人位薬剤師がいるのにかなり待つようになりました。
何の為？？
薬局かえます。

ちょっと嫌な態度を取ったら、その後から、その方から無視される様になりました。必要最低限の事を聞き、薬の疑問に、応えるのが薬剤師さんのお仕事ですよね。こちらだってしんどいから、
病院に行っています。
本当に患者の事を、考えているのなら
自分が気に入らないと云う、個人的な感情で、あんな態度大人気無いな。
