こ	ころころ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービス業だと思うのですが、まず挨拶が出来ない。初めてこちらの店に行き車を止め外に出た時、工場からショールームに向かって歩いてきた女性店員は後退りして遠回りをして店内に入り、また違う男性店員も工場からショールームに向かって歩いてきたのに見なかったフリをして横を通って行きました。とにかく『いらっしゃいませ』と言えない店員が多い様です。営業マンも自分が担当していないお客さんは無視状態。全ての店員さんがダメな訳ではありませんがスズキ全体がこんな接客をしているのか、この店の店長が社員教育の出来ない方なのかわかりませんが、もし会社に不満があるとしてもお客さんには関係ありません。色々あるとは思いますがサービス業なんですから敷地内に入ったお客様には、せめて相手に分かる様なお辞儀くらい出来る様に対応して欲しいものです。先日も相変わらずの対応でしたので購入は保留にしました。 I think it's a service industry, but I can't say anything. I went there by pretending I didn't see it. Anyway, it seems that there are many shop assistants who can't say "I welcome you". Customers who are not in charge of salesman are ignored. Not all store clerk is useless, but I don't know if Suzuki as a whole has such a customer service, or if the store manager is not able to educate employees, even if the company is dissatisfied It doesn't matter. I think that there are various things, but since it is a service industry, I would like customers who entered the site to respond as much as possible so that the other party can bow. The purchase was put on hold because it was the same as the other day.
