A	Amanda Arai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi ótimo do início ao fim. Recebi o atendimento de duas intérpretes diferentes, uma pra receber o atendimento e outra dentro da sala junto ao médico. As meninas foram muito simpáticas e atenciosas, tiveram muita paciência comigo, pois eu tinha muitas dúvidas. O médico que me atendeu foi muito gentil. Devido ao Corona não está sendo possível entrar com acompanhante. —————————————————————— Publiquei o comentário anterior no início da minha gestação e, agora que meu bebê já tem 1 mês e meio, gostaria de acrescentar algumas informações. Além das duas intérpretes que me atenderam no início, tive contato com mais duas que também foram extremamente atenciosas. Eu tive meu bebê durante a Golden Week, então as intérpretes estavam de folga e tive que me virar com a tradução, o que foi ótimo, pois desenvolvi bastante o idioma nesse período. Os médicos e as enfermeiras foram todos muito pacientes, faziam o possível para que eu compreendesse tudo e me deram todo o suporte necessário. Algumas enfermeiras foram tão fofas que me senti muito acolhida, mesmo com a distância da família devido ao Corona (as visitas eram regradas em apenas 1 pessoa durante 1h por dia). Os quartos são muito bonitos, principalmente o último em que fiquei, parecia um hotel 5 estrelas. Tinha chuveiro com janela dentro do quarto para poder ver o bebê durante o banho, e uma mini pia de cozinha para preparar mamadeira pro bebê e lavar os talheres usados. As refeições são muito saudáveis e saborosas, até ganhei kashiwa mochi no dia das crianças. Sai do hospital me sentindo mais segura com meu bebê (sou mãe de primeira viagem), pois, além da recuperação monitorada 24h devido à cirurgia cesárea, me ensinaram a amamentar corretamente, a dar banho e a cuidar bem do meu filho. O único ponto negativo que posso citar é que alguns médicos podem ser mais rígidos que outros quanto ao aumento de peso, o que não é errado por ser uma questão de saúde pra mãe e pro bebê, mas um deles foi indelicado nos comentários quanto ao peso. The meals are very healthy and tasty, I even got kashiwa mochi on children's day. I left the hospital feeling more secure with my baby (I am a first-time mother), because, in addition to the 24-hour monitored recovery due to cesarean surgery, they taught me to breastfeed correctly, to bathe and to take good care of my child. The only negative point I can mention is that some doctors can be stricter than others about weight gain, which is not wrong as it is a health issue for both mother and baby, but one of them was rude in the comments regarding weight .
