看護師さんの対応は丁寧で非常に良かったのですが、医者の対応が横柄で人を見下している感じがして不快でした。

リハビリ予約して言ったのに年配の方が優先とされ治療もベッドが空いていないと言われてウォーターベッドのみにされた。それを3回繰り返されて別の病院に変えました。
また、保険会社に渡す治療費の書類も全く送って来ず弁護士が催促しても2ヶ月間も放置されて示談への対応が遅くなっています。
評判の悪い病院でしたが、気にせず家から近かったから通いましたが本当に後悔しています。

It was a hospital with a bad reputation, but I went there because it was close to my house without worrying about it, but I really regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★5はリハビリの理学療法士に対する星です。丁寧で親切で優しい方揃いです。息子の脚の骨折で通院しました。すっかり良くなりました。医師はしっかりと診てくれません。説明不足で不安が残ります。医師と理学療法士の連携が今ひとつなため、リハビリの辞め時がわからず長期になります。

Porém,o atendimento das recepcionistas é péssimo.
São mal educadas e as vezes parecem ser racistas e preconceituosas.
病院はとてもキレイですが、受付の女たちが態度が悪い。話すときと返事するときとかはとても無愛想で不適切と不親切でした。教育なされてなかったみたいでその資格あるかな?と今考えてます。もう一つ感じたのは人類差別です。おすすめしません。

働いている人は昔からのベテランさんが多いので、地域密着感という感じがして安心感抜群。患者さんはおじいちゃんおばあちゃん率90%って感じ。高齢の患者さんが多いので、一つ一つがゆっくりな感じがします。急いでいる方にはおすすめしません。
