★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スペーシアの購入を検討するつもりで行ったのに、始めに名刺も渡されないし、見積もりを貰っても値引きの提示も無く、営業の方の売る気が全然感じられないので、結局やめました。車は気になっていたので残念です。
I decided to consider buying Spacia, but I didn't get a business card at the beginning, and even if I got a quote, I didn't show a discount, so I didn't feel like selling it at all. It's a shame because I was worried about the car.

営業の方は、今後の私の乗り方を含めた、次のクルマを提案してくれたし、ピットの方も、調子の状況を分かり易く説明してくれ、対処についても選択肢を出してくれたりして、知識の乏しい私も安心して任せられるお店です！
Since the previous SUZUKI car has reached the end of its life,
I bought a new car here.
The sales person suggested the next car, including how to ride in the future, and the pit person also explained the situation in an easy-to-understand manner and gave me options on how to deal with it. It's a shop that I can trust with confidence even if I have little knowledge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わたしは、営業と整備の皆さんが素敵で10年通っています。店長やエンジニアは随時変わりますがお店の雰囲気は良いと思います。駐車場が2台ぐらいしか止められないことが難点です。
I have been in sales and maintenance for 10 years. The manager and engineers change from time to time, but I think the shop atmosphere is good. The drawback is that you can only stop 2 parking lots.
