最近サービス落ちましたね。 次は別のところの車買おうかな~とか思っちゃいます。 先日リコールの書面届きましたが、 車検同等程度の点検を要するから今じゃなくそのときに見る、ってのはなんか無責任なような・・。 不信感が募りました。 新車買って愛想いいのはせいぜいそれから2年くらいですね あとは定期メンテで店に行っても挨拶すらして来ない 担当だけじゃなく全員シカトなのでほんと気分悪い 客が入って来たのに「いらっしゃいませ」も言わないってどうなんですか? 入り口入って左側にいる社員全員PCやっててこっちも見ず不愉快 こっちから「すみません・・」って声かけなきゃ対応しないって接客業として最低だと思います

ここの中古担当長という方は、今まで関わった自動車関連のお店でも酷い部類でした。 なんでも聞いてくださいと言うけれど、質問にそぐわない回答(答えになっていない)と、わからないという答えしかなくて驚きました。 タイヤ製造年の見方もわからないし、つい最近まで新車も扱っていた車なのに乗り味もわからないとか・・・。 後日普通の役職の方はとても丁寧で、質問にもテキパキ答えていただけ、安心したので購入に至りましたが、 役職ではなく、人によってレベルが変わりますのでご注意ください。

購入目的で試乗しにいったのですが、営業の方がホントに素っ気ない態度で会話もあまりしてもらえませんでした。見積もりも出してもらいましたがまさかの値引きゼロ提示で、売る気ない事がよくわかりましたので他店で購入しました。

引っ越しを機に、こちらのお店にお世話になることに。気になった点は、①受付嬢的な人はいません。(男の従業員が対応するのみ。)②待ち時間の飲み物のサービスはコロナも鑑みてか、紙パックやPETです…が、冷たいお茶か水のみ。お子様用にオレンジとりんごが備えてあるみたいです。寒かったので、白湯でもいいのであったかい飲み物が欲しかったです…。 ③点検に時間がかかったため、外出しており、戻ってきて席に案内されたときは、茶と水どちら が良いか聞かれることもなく茶を出されました。適当接客ですね。2択なんだから聞けばいいのに。 ④1時間半〜2時間かかると言われたので、2時間半ほど時間を潰し、戻ると「〇〇は若干交換したほうがよいかも…?」と言われ、交換を希望すると追加で30分ほど待たされました。事前に電話番号を知らせてるんで、電話確認して欲しかったです。(電話で答えられる範疇の内容でしたので…) ⑤以上より割と時間がかかっている中、整備士が完了と結果を報告に来た中、営業トークをやめない点。何も響きません。すぐにやめてください。 ⑥これはおまけですが、知り合いか知りませんが30代くらいの男の方がタメ口で60代くらいの方(息子?孫?の20代の方に向けた車を買いに来た人)に接客してたのが不快でした。身内でも社内なら敬語もしくは周りに不快のないようにするのが営業マンでは? 以上のことより、もし次回車を買うならスズキはないです…。いまのスズキ車はデザイン・性能が気に入っている分もったいないですが、メンテナンスの面で接客との関わりがあるので要改善だと思います。極端かもしれませんが、叶うなら早急に、おそくても2〜3年以内にはスズキ車を手放したいと考えています。
