★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に部品購入の方法をメーカー聞いてから、この営業所で部品購入のため利用させていただきました。３回の部品購入で利用しましたが、４回目の追加購入は上からストップがかかったからと断られました。確かに営業マンは上からで不快に思いました。かなりメーカーのイメージが悪くなりました。
I asked the manufacturer about how to purchase parts in advance, and I used it for purchasing parts at this sales office. I used it for 3 parts purchase, but the 4th additional purchase was refused because it took a stop from above. Certainly the salesman was uncomfortable from above. The image of the manufacturer has deteriorated considerably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です！ 店に入る前に他のディーラーで商談したか？と聞かれたので、したと言うと「うちはサブディーラーだから値引きは低いから」とある意味正直ではあるが、商売をやる気が無い。話し方、目つき等総合的に人生で一番最低のディーラーだ。店内に入る事も無かった。この店が存続するのが判らない。こんな店で買う人居るんだね！
軽自動車を初めて買おうと思ってるけど スズキのディーラーは店員の対応レベルがかなり低い店が多すぎる もっとまともな接客教育をすれば スズキの車もっと売れるのに w
It's the worst! Did you have a business deal with another dealer before entering the store? I was told, "I'm a sub-dealer because the discount is low." I am honest in some sense, but I am not willing to do business. It is the lowest dealer in life in general, such as speaking style and eyes. I never got into the store. I do not know that this store will survive. There are people who buy in such a store!

I delivered the car the other day. The trade-in price was higher than I expected. We were happy to accept the test drive. The customer service is good for both sales and maintenance. I felt the attitude of valuing customers.
