★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当してくださった店員さんの対応が大変素晴らしく、即決で決めちゃいました。保険の面倒な要望にも対応下さり感謝感謝です。愛知県からの購入なので車の引き渡しの際、電車で伺うことを伝えたら最寄りの駅まで迎えに来て頂ける旨を聞き、こんな親切なお店が近くにあったらないいのにと思いました。

Since I bought from Aichi Prefecture, when I handed over the car, I heard that I was able to pick you up at the nearest station when I told you to visit by train, and I thought there was no such kind of shop nearby.

スタッフの対応も丁寧だが、電話を切る時に「ガチャ」と音がするとか、お客さんより先に切るとか、細かいことだがちょっと気になる。
The store is larger than before, and there is also a kids space. Drinks are free.
The staff are polite, but when I hang up the phone, I hear a "gacha" sound, or hang up before the customer.

わからないことへの質問にも、一つ一つ丁寧にわかり易く答えてくださり、納得,安心して購入する事ができました。
将来的に娘にも使わせたかったので、色々な安全機能についても、詳しく教えて頂けて助かりました。
また、納車の日には納車式をして下さり、スタッフさん一人一人の心温まるご挨拶を頂きました。可愛らしいアートフラワーも頂けたりで、嬉し過ぎるサプライズでした。
色々な意味で、こちらで購入して良かったと思います。
