駐車場に着けるやら電話連絡した担当の方がお迎え頂き、びっくり‼️初めて行った場所なのに。
お店に入るやら社員の方、全員立ち上がってのお出迎え「いらっしゃいませ！」
お客さんにしたら気持ちいいもんですね。
整備担当の方も修理箇所抔詳しく説明いただきました。
ディーラーだから、当たり前。とは、思いません。
社員皆さんの努力かな‥？
次回、購入したくなるお店です。

ただ修理に来ただけだよ？なになに？というようなVIP待遇されます笑
コロナ禍でも、対策はしっかりしてるし、消毒やマスク着用なども声掛けをしてました。
勇気もある、素晴らしい。
当たり前ですが、サラッとリコールも改善してくれて、洗車までしてくれて、汚い車でいったのが恥ずかしいくらいでした。
最後は、頼むから見送らないで欲しいとお願いして、出てきました笑
私の車の知識に合わせて話してくれたので、とてもスムーズに進みました。
このご時世、冷やかしでは行けない状況ですが、何かあったらここ、と決めてます。
