★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日持ちのする[よむぎめん]を買って帰りました。一見お蕎麦のように見えるけど、まぎれもない麺です。食感はラーメンかなー。。一袋180ｇなので二人分ならちょっと物足りないかも。 よむぎ は よもぎ のことだそうです。
 I bought a long-lived [yumugumen] and returned. At first glance it looks like soba, but it's a unique noodle. The texture is ramen. . One bag is 180g, so it may be a bit short for two people. It is said that Yumagi is Yomogi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボリュームのある太縮れ麺が、とっても美味しいです。２玉でラーメンを作ったら、どんぶりが溢れる勢いで、食べきれませんでした、笑。１玉で十分、おなかいっぱい満足します♥️
The thick noodles with volume are very delicious. If I made ramen with two balls, I couldn't eat it with the momentum of bowls, lol. One ball is enough and I am satisfied with my tummy.

絶対うどん派だったのに このそばだけは迷わず買います オススメです
I like yomugi noodles and I always buy them when I go to Kitakata.
Even though it was definitely udon noodles, I recommend buying this soba without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方ラーメン、よむぎめんを買って帰りました。ラーメンはとても美味しかったです。よむぎめんは普通でした。よもぎ感があまり感じられませんでした。2人前で量は少なめ価格はやや高めな気がしました。
I bought Kitakata ramen and Yomugimen and went home. The ramen was very delicious. Yomugi noodles were normal. I didn't feel much wormwood. I felt that the amount was small for two people and the price was a little high.

It is a noodle factory of Kitakata ramen in a quiet place away from Kitakata town. Raw ramen and soup base are also sold as souvenirs. Dried noodles mixed with rare mugwort are also on sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せっかく喜多方に来たらラーメン食べたい、欲を言えばラーメンをお土産で買って帰りたいですよね。
市内にある土産物屋のラーメンでは寂しいので、本格生麺をこちらでお買い上げ。
しかも、喜多方市内のラーメン店に麺を卸しているというので、間違いのない品質保証付きです
本格的な喜多方ラーメンを自宅で実食すると、シコシコ、もっちりのちぢれ麺がスープに絡んで美味しいかった。お店のスープもよく出来ていて、醤油味は麺との相性バッチリです。塩味、味噌味もどれも美味しかった。でも一番は醤油だったかな。
市内には、こちらのお店のように麺の製造直販店もありますので、色々購入して食べ比べてみるのも面白いかもね。
