ネクステージ岡崎でレヴォーグを購入しましたが、自宅から近いSUVLANDで点検、オイル交換、保証整備を受けています。若いスタッフが気持ち良く対応してくれます。店内も清潔感があり快適に作業を待てます。

私は先日こちらで 乗っていたアクアを下取りで取ってもらって 中古のジムニーシエラを購入しました。 担当は天笠さんという方で、 単的に感想を言うと、 めっちゃくちゃ満足しています! 車の展示台数が多い分、買う前に実際にたくさんみて買うことができますし、 担当の天笠さんはとってもフレンドリーで話しやすく、 よくある中古屋さんの押し売りみたいなことが無く、あくまで私に判断を委ねてくれました。 それに価格面についても私の希望の価格に なるまで親身になって相談していただいて 納得して買うことができました! 本当に天笠さんと取引ができてよかったです! これからもよろしくお願いします!

営業マンの態度が悪すぎました。 どうせ買わないと見なしたのか、真顔&面倒くさそうに案内。 「この車いいねー」「いくらだろうね?」の会話が聞こえている距離なのに、聞こえないふり。 「この車幾らですか?」と、こちらから聞きにいったら「まだ値段ついてないですね~」だの、「〇〇円くらいしますよ~」だの、「使い勝手悪いッスよ~」だの売る気ゼロ。心底面倒くさかったんだろうな、と思います笑笑 「ここに気に入った車があっても、あの営業マンからは買いたくないね。」と話し、早々に退店しました。 そのままお隣のKEIYUへ行き、とても気持ち良い接客を受け、今度購入予定です。 一度、KEIYUへ接客受けに行ってみたらどうでしょう?すごく勉強になると思いますよ!マスク越しでも分かる笑顔で接客、色んな知識を余すことなく話し、タイミングを見て査定も済ませてくれて。 今後買い換えることがあっても、SUVランドでは絶対買いません。 ☆1つもつけたくないですが、つけないとならないのでしょうがない一つつけておきます。

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Here are some problems that I went through with SUV Land: 1. Slow Service: It took SUV Land 4-weeks to process registration on their used cars from their lot. 2. Unfamiliar with Registration: During the registration process, the salesman was confused on how to handle registration procedures which delayed transactions and stressed us out as customers. 3. Lied To: The salesman lied to us multiple times saying that he was being transferred and could no longer help us but was still working when we went back to SUV Land for follow ups. This salesman was a no-show for his scheduled meeting with us and never apologized for it. We then got a new salesperson who started from scratch with us. 4. Manager Not Available: When asked to speak to their manager for an apology, they said that he was not available. Remember that it took us 4-weeks. So for 4-weeks we never received an apology. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SUV LAND!!
