そば、うどんは市販品そのままで残念な感じ。天ぷらそばは、特に残念。天かすを固めた円盤型の市販品を乗せるだけです。
Ginger miso oden (300 yen) was delicious.
Soba and udon are unfortunate as they are commercial products. Tempura soba is especially disappointing. Just put on a disc-shaped commercial product that has hardened the heavens.

天ぷらそばを注文したが、待てども待てどもそばが来ません。待つこと30分弱！！
イライラが積もり写真撮るのを忘れてしまった。（笑）
真っ白な市販のソバに天かすを円形に整えた市販の天ぷら。加えて、箸で持ち上げるとブツブツ切れる始末。しかも600円！！
弘前でラーメン食べれば良かったとの後悔の念・・・

ふわふわパラパラ津軽そば。
甘み塩味が控えめで、お醤油の色はありますが昆布出汁のお吸い物といった感じ。
薄味、塩分制限のある方にはおすすめです。
目を閉じて山の空気を吸いながら味わいたいお出汁でした。
津軽でこのように薄味は勇気がいると思います。
時々頂いて塩分感覚をリセットしなくてはいけませんね。
女性店主ならではの繊細で品のあるお出汁でした。
また、随所に気の届くポップやメニュー。癒やされますね。
先代の味を受け継ぐご苦労の元またその味を求めて集う人々。
素敵ですね
