★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [創業57年！一番古いすし政] 梅田から天満へ飲み歩きしている時に入りました。こちらのすし政は初見だったのですが板さん夫婦で切り盛りされていて歴史も古いとのこと。ひっきりなしに常連さんが入ってきて賑やかなのが地元で人気のある証拠。
オススメは特にないとのことだったので適当に注文。ネタは新鮮で大ぶり、かつシャリがうまい！回転寿司と比較するのも失礼だが握り具合の塩梅がよく口に入れるとシャリがキレイに解けるのが気持ち良い。しかも一貫100円か200円のネタがほとんどで食べた分は皿の色でわかるので安心。友達と二人ですし16貫に熱燗を二合飲んで3,200円と安い！
回らない寿司は躊躇しがちかもしれないけど、やっぱり匠の技が垣間見れるのは醍醐味。飲み歩きに加えるお寿司屋さんとしてオススメです。
[57 years since establishment! Oldest Sushi Masa] I entered while drinking from Umeda to Tenma. This sushi politics was the first time to see it, but it is said that it has been arranged by Mr. Ita and the history is old. The fact that regulars come in constantly and it is lively is evidence that it is popular in the local area.
It was said that there was no particular recommendation, so I ordered appropriately. The material is fresh, large, and delicious. It's rude to compare it with conveyor belt sushi, but it's nice to be able to melt it properly if you put a lot of salted plums in your mouth. Moreover, you can rest assured that the color of the plate will tell you how much you ate for 100 yen or 200 yen consistently. I'm with two of my friends, and I have two drinks of hot sake for 16 pieces and it's as cheap as 3,200 yen!
You may be hesitant to sushi that doesn't turn, but it's a real pleasure to get a glimpse of the craftsmanship. Recommended as a sushi restaurant to add to your drinking experience.
