寿し仙
地元民の話では君津市で昔からある老舗のお寿司屋さんとの事。
寿司が好きな自分としては一度来てみようと思い訪店。
店内の様子は５〜６人が座れるカウンター席と、４人掛けの座敷が３つ。
外観と相違無く、こぢんまりとした印象。
初見の訪店時は特上にぎりとお好みで数貫握って貰った。
大きな特徴は無いが、堅実な仕事のお寿司。
酢飯の味は穏やか。
シャリとネタはやや大きめ。
シャリは緩めに握ってあるので口の中で解ける。
２度目の訪問時は上にぎりとお好みで数貫。
その他に、店内のお品書きの下にある黒板に載ってる一品料理のあん肝を注文。
あん肝は酒が飲みたくなる。
そして飲んだら止まらなくなるやつ。
けしからん！（褒め言葉）
穴子も口に入れた瞬間に淡雪のようにとろけた。
割と玄人好みの寿司というか、昔ながらのお店というか。
人によっては好き嫌いが分かれそうな印象。
自分は好きだけどね、こういうお店。

Inside the store, there are counter seats that can seat 5 to 6 people and 3 tatami rooms that seat 4 people.
A small impression with no difference from the appearance.
When I visited the store for the first time, I got a few of them to my liking.
There are no major features, but sushi with a solid work.
The taste of vinegared rice is mild.
The rice and sushi rice are slightly larger.
The rice is loosely gripped so it can be melted in your mouth.
At the time of the second visit, you can make a few pieces as you like.
In addition, I ordered Ankimo, a dish on the blackboard below the item description in the store.
Ankimo makes me want to drink alcohol.
And the one who can't stop after drinking.
