★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寿司おまかせ１０貫を注文しました。すべて丁寧に説明してくれましたが，寿司はあまり詳しくなかったので半分くらいは名前を忘れてしまいました・・・。ただ，ヤリイカは変な後味も残らず，実はもともと苦手だったのですがおいしくいただけました。（板前さんには最初に「苦手なものある？」と聞かれたのですが，「ない」とウソをついてました・・・）
すべてネタが分厚くて満足です。同じ時間にいたほかのお客さんも巻き込んで気さくに話しかけてくれたりと楽しい時間を過ごせました。
I ordered 10 pieces of sushi omakase. He explained everything carefully, but I wasn't very familiar with sushi, so I forgot about half of the names ... However, the squid did not leave a strange aftertaste, and although I was not good at it originally, it was delicious. (Mr. Itamae first asked me if I wasn't good at it, but I lied that I didn't ...)
All the material is thick and I am satisfied. I had a good time with other customers who were at the same time and talked to me in a friendly manner.

それを遥かに超える、「味」で唸らせるところは素晴らしいの一言。
特にイクラの味噌漬け握りは筆者的には過去１のイクラ握りでございました…！
It's a sushi restaurant run by a general and a landlady, so when it's crowded, it's cute.
It is a wonderful word to make you groan with "taste" that goes far beyond that.
In particular, the salmon roe pickled in miso was the best salmon roe in the past for me ...!

お店自体は歴史を感じます。温泉街の道路、裏側の側道と入口が二箇所有りました。
カウンター席と座敷が有ります。
お昼はランチメニューが有りました。ラーメンとのセットがお得です。
今回は、生ちらし¥1500にしてみました。高めなランチですが奮発して。椀物は南蛮海老のガラ汁です。
ワサビは擦り下ろした本ワサビでしょうか。イヤな辛味がありません。
ネタも新鮮で、ヒラメ、本マグロ、イカ、いくら、たこ、ブリ、玉子、トリ貝と豊富です。酢飯は塩梅が良くて美味しかったです。ちょっと量が足りない位かな。
丁寧な仕事でした。
I used it for the first time. Located in Tsukioka Onsen district.
The shop itself feels history. There were two roads in the hot spring town, a side road on the back side and an entrance.
There are counter seats and tatami mats.
There was a lunch menu for lunch. A set with ramen is a great deal.
This time, I tried raw chirashizushi for ¥ 1500. It's an expensive lunch, but inspire. The bowl is nanban shrimp soup.
Is the wasabi a grated real wasabi? There is no unpleasant spiciness.
The ingredients are also fresh and abundant with flounder, bluefin tuna, squid, salmon roe, octopus, yellowtail, egg, and chicken shellfish. The vinegared rice was delicious with salted plums. I think it's a little short.
It was a polite work.
