★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スック銀座シックス店の女性のビューティーアドバイザーの方が接客してくれましたが、三越店のクチコミしか出てこなかったのでこちらに記入致します。その女性ビューティーアドバイザーさんの押し付けがひどく上から目線で最初は面白くて聞いていましたがかなり不愉快になる方が多いと思います。その上似合わないシャドウを塗られたりまつげが下がっているからと頼んでもいないのにビューラーをされしかも引っ張られてとても痛かったです。すごく不愉快な気持ちになりました。
スック自体とても好きなので残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 覺得銀座店的服務糟透了!我去年光顧的時候就有感覺服務態度不太好,我以為是因為店員是中國人的關係,今天去買粉霜的時候,因為是情人節前一天,人很多需要領號碼牌,我故意假裝是日本客人,結果發現他們櫃給日本客人跟給外國客人的號碼牌竟然不一樣,是故意給不一樣的號碼牌做服務上的區分嗎?然後觀察了一下櫃上,發現是日本人的客人她們都還會特意送上sample,但我們這種不囉嗦直接買的客人就什麼都沒有,結帳的店員是日本人,也沒有笑容就是趕快結帳把客人送走!我真的不敢相信這是高級化妝品牌的服務耶?覺得區分客人的這一點也太讓人不舒服了吧!請中國店員不是就是為了服務說華語的客人,卻也沒有好好教育服務人員,給人只有一種只追求業績的感覺。

コロナ禍でタッチアップも使い捨てのスポンジでしたが、試行錯誤しながら使い方やアレンジの仕方も教えてくださいました。
翌月コフレを買いに行くと、そのBAさんが覚えていてくださり嬉しかったです。
人気ブランドのため、店内に入るのも整理券が必要で、曜日や時間帯によってはかなり待ち時間があります。
