⚫おすすめプレート 820円(税抜き)
・牛タン煮込み
柔らかく、デミグラスっぽいお味も良いです。
ただ、
一欠片が小さすぎて、
美味しいけど物足りない。
・テリーヌ
凄く魚臭い。
鮭じゃないかな？
ディルの香りがふわり。
・パテドカンパーニュ
レバーとハーブの香り、肉粒感。
冷凍なのか少し水っぽくて苦味を感じます。
・キッシュ2種
パイが薄くて好き。
一つはロレーヌだと思います。
オニオンとチーズを感じます。
滑らかな卵液とチーズが美味しい。
もう一つはシーフード。
ホタテ、海老、蟹でしょうか。
火入れは丁度良く、具材がゴロゴロ。
・ポテトサラダ
甘めで具はなし。
特に特徴は見つからず。
スタッフの女性は愛想もなく、
やる気がない感じにイラッとしましたが、
購入時、メーンの確認をしてくれたので、
悪気はなかったのかも。

20年くらい前、大昔、
ペックで売っていたフォアグラのフランが大好きでした。
ワクワクしながら食べましたが……、
フォアグラ感薄っ‼️
ドライいちじくの香りが強め。
残念です。
