★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しいメガネを物色しにちょっとよっただけですが威圧的で態度最悪でした。二度と行きません。本当は星マイナス3ぐらいです。もう少し先に眼鏡市場がありますが、そちらの方が全然接客よかったです。
It was a bit of a challenge to look for new glasses, but it was intimidating and the attitude was worst. I will never go again. Actually, it is about minus 3 stars. The spectacles market is a little further ahead, but it was better to serve customers at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年以上前に利用。店員の態度が悪く注意したら、その後カルテに「要注意」と赤ペンででかく書かれていた。それ以来二度と行っていない。もう残ってないとは思うけど、もう一度そのカルテを見せてもらいに行ってみようかな。
気に入らない客は要注意マークされるのでご注意を。
Used over 20 years ago. If the clerk's attitude was bad and he was careful, then the medical record was marked with a red pen saying "Be careful". I haven't been there again since then. I don't think there are any more left, but let's go see the chart again.

接客も丁寧ではあるが、ネット予約時間よりも来店時間変更を余儀なく変更になったため星３つ！
I think it can't be helped because of expensive shopping, but it took a total time including inspection time
The customer service is also polite, but the time to visit the store has to be changed rather than the online reservation time, so 3 stars!

工場修理の案内、新規作成の案内の後、修理及び予備用に新規購入しました。
若いお兄さんが接客して下さり、説明はわかりやすく、接客も丁寧で、グレードアップ提案もあっさりしていて良かったです。
I requested repair because the eyeglass frame was damaged.
After the factory repair guide and new creation guide, I purchased a new one for repair and spare.
It was good that the younger brother served the customer, the explanation was easy to understand, the customer service was polite, and the upgrade proposal was simple.

The customer service is excellent and I think the fine adjustment of the glasses is perfect. I'm currently living in Okinawa, but when I'm on a business trip to Tokyo, I'm visiting for maintenance. I visited yesterday (10/29) and adjusted the position of the glasses I put on my ears, and now I am comfortable.
