S	Simon Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local supermarket when I lived in Osaka Port. The food is nice but a little pricey. Also, watch out for flies on the yakitori sticks in summer. They do lovely toriten, I'd definitely recommend that (and the flies can't get to it as it's in clear plastic boxes!)

Perhaps they did and simply enjoyed my schoolboy attempts at Japanese. No English on signage or products but the produce was amazing with a particular emphasis on seafood. Pricing is easy to understand as one you grasp the fact that 1000 yen is roughly £7 you can readily work out pricing.
