の	のん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウェルカムドリンクや働いている人は素晴らしい。しかし、フロント脇にある喫煙室のせいで、フロント&朝食会場&大浴場入口のあるフロアがよく行く階になるけど、エレベーター降りるとたばこ臭い Welcome drinks and working people are great. However, due to the smoking room on the side of the front desk, the floor with the front desk, breakfast room, and entrance to the large communal bath is often used, but when you get off the elevator, it smells like cigarettes.
山	山本カエル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ のんびり出来て、天然温泉が最高です、フロントの対応も良かった、スムーズに入室出来ました。駐車場も沢山台数が利用出来て、一度使用した駐車場は、宿泊時は連続利用出来るシステム最高に良いと思います。 I was able to relax, the natural hot springs were the best, the reception was good, and I was able to enter the room smoothly. A lot of parking lots can be used, and once used, the parking lot is the best system that can be used continuously at the time of staying.

It's beautiful. It was helpful to be able to use the same parking lot for consecutive nights. I want to have a delicious breakfast for a pleasant customer service, and stay again if I have the opportunity.
友	友也杉本 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもスーパーホテルを利用させて頂いております。コロナ禍の中まん延防止措置中でもウェルカムバーを開いてくれているのが非常に有り難かったです。各スーパーホテルでウェルカムバーを堪能することも一つの目的になっており、いつも楽しみにしております。しかしながら、水戸では梅酒のみがアルコールであったことが残念でした。他のスーパーホテル同様、焼酎や地酒などがあると嬉しいです。近々また水戸へ行くことになりますので、是非ご検討をお願い致しますm(_ _)m I always use the super hotel. I was very grateful that the welcome bar was opened even during the measures to prevent the spread of the corona. One of the purposes is to enjoy the welcome bar at each super hotel, and I am always looking forward to it. However, it was a pity that only plum wine was alcohol in Mito. Like other super hotels, it would be nice to have shochu and local sake. I will be going to Mito again soon, so please consider it m (_ _) m
t	the third island on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルの方々は気持ちよく、朝食も美味しかった。また、有料たが駐車場の管理が行き届いていて、車両を使う仕事の出張であったためとても助かった。ただ、夕方の温泉の男女の入浴時間は納得出来ないものであった。ビジネスホテルという性質上、ほとんどの方が18時頃帰ってくると思うが、18時から21時まで男性が入れないというのは辛い。結局温泉を利用出来ない事が多かった。入替えの頻度を増やすか、せめて19時、20時の活動時間の中で男女の入替えを行って欲しい。 The people at the hotel were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Also, although I was charged, the parking lot was well managed, and it was a great help because I was on a business trip using a vehicle. However, the bathing time of men and women in the hot springs in the evening was not convincing. Due to the nature of a business hotel, I think most people will come back around 18:00, but it's hard for men to not enter from 18:00 to 21:00. After all, there were many cases where the hot springs could not be used. I would like you to increase the frequency of replacement, or at least replace men and women during the activity hours of 19:00 and 20:00.

T	Tony Jia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and very professional! Very good location (really close to the big park). Initially, our first room's lock didn't work. Luckily the front desk staff really got on top of it and transferred us immediately to a free room with a working lock (however, that room was a bit smaller than the original room, unfortunately, so that was a minor inconvenience).
