Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. And absolutely fantastic owner! The hotel is strongly recommended both for business visitors and tourists.
B	B King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Terrace The Garden is quite litterally steps from the Mito train station, and can easily be seen as you exit the building. It could not be more convenient. The room was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It provided a quiet comfortable place to relax. The women's public bath was spotless and very pleasant. It was well arranged with adequate linens and amenities. Room service is available. Prices are in line with similar establishments. The portions were generous and the food was fresh and very good. The bathroom in the room was clean and, again, adequate linens and amenities. The only negative - the bathroom in the room had a bit of an acrid odor. This is typically caused by mold hiding in enclosed plumbing areas. There was absolutely no visible mold or dirt just that faint unpleasant smell.
E	EL Hani Aissam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so unfriendly and rude. They handed out a document for me that is usually for tourists to fill even my Japanese wife was with me. I was forced to stay in a smoking room which I have not even booked on Booking.com. When I asked them to change the room for me they said they don't have any available options now apart from the only room they gave me. They did not take into consideration that I am very sensitive to cigarettes' smell and smoke. The breakfast was so cold, basic, and did not match the price we paid for it. The coffee tasted so terrible and they did not have enough glasses for water so we had to ask them to give us one.
