冨	冨樫英樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で利用しました。駐車場は50m程離れた立体駐車場に毎日駐車カードを貰って停めます。まだ新しいので館内は綺麗。朝食の混雑具合をマグネットで表示。室内にバスルームありますが大浴場の温泉あり。ルートインよりもちゃんとした温泉です。洗濯乾燥機は3セット。洗濯機だけお金かかります。乾燥機は無料。洗濯洗剤もホテルの物を使えるのがありがたい。電子レンジも２台あり。アメニティーはエレベーター出た所にあり。部屋の鍵は無く暗証番号にて開錠。フリードリンクにコーヒーが無いのが残念。朝食は品数も多く朝からガッツリ食べられます。スタッフとの接点があまり無いので、受付さえ乗り切ればあとはゆっくりできます。 I used it at work. Amenities are located at the exit of the elevator. There is no room key and it is unlocked with a PIN. It's a pity that there is no coffee in the free drink. There are many items for breakfast, and you can eat it from the morning. There aren't many points of contact with the staff, so once you get through the reception, you can relax.

か	かん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ じゃらんの予約をキャンセルされたためこちらからレビューします。じゃらんで予約して、地域クーポンの反映がされておらず、確認の電話を入れたところ、うちではわからないのでじゃらんに直接問い合わせてくださいと無愛想に電話を切られました。また、チェックインの際に、公式には免許書き換えを行ってない場合、現住所の郵便物でも可と新潟県民割に記載があるにも関わらず、免許証の住所が違うため使用できませんと、こちらも無愛想に対応されました。じゃらんの予約を取り消されポイントも反映されずじまいです。部屋のベッドのシーツにも髪の毛がついてたりと不快でした。せっかくの旅行が、ホテルでの対応で気分が下がってしまい、せめても地域クーポン分だけでも返金して欲しい気持ちです。その場でのキャンセルもできるわけもなく渋々宿泊しました。二度と利用したくないです。朝食の時の従業員の方の対応が非常によかったことがせめてもの救いです。 I have canceled my reservation for Jalan, so I will review it here. 片	片山順雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上越妙高駅西口(改札を出て左方向)、東横インの裏手に在り、コメダ珈琲を目標に行けば入り口はすぐです。15時チェックイン開始、手続きはタッチパネルでスムーズです。駐車券を貰って荷物を移動したら道路対面の駐車場へ。部屋は大きくは無いですが必要充分。金額を考えたら相応と思います。遮光も防音も効いている感じ。空気清浄器設置です(自分でコンセント刺して稼働開始)。お風呂や自販機は2階に集中。脱衣ロッカーは9台鍵付きで安心。エレベーターは1台のみなのでこのご時世密を避けるためにも階段とか併用です。夜はウエルカムドリンクが戴けます(アルコール有り)。朝食は和洋有りパンが美味しかったです。また利用させてもらいます(´ω｀) It is located behind the Toyoko Inn at the west exit of Joetsu Myoko Station (to the left after exiting the ticket gate), and if you go to Komeda Coffee, the entrance is just around the corner.
