A souvenir shop that sells goods not only in the Joetsu region but throughout Niigata. The bakery in the store seems to be popular with the locals, and several people lined up from the morning. For 550 yen including tax, you can choose 3 types from about 10 types to make sake. It is considered to be a valuable shop in Joetsu where you can drink alcohol from the morning.
