土日はピット作業はかなり混雑するみたいですが、平日だとピット作業は比較的空いているみたいです
洗車用品も豊富にそろっているので、必要なものを購入してその後にメデルで洗車しました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検の見積もりをして貰ったさいオイルパンからオイルが漏れているため交換に4万掛かると言う事。
駐車しててもオイル漏れ跡は確認したとき無いため違和感を覚えホンダのディーラーを２件確認して貰ったがオイル漏れはいっさい確認出来ないとの事。
車の走行距離が20万越えてたためだませると思って見積もりを盛ったと思われる。
店側が車検費用を安くしてるためこう言う姑息な騙しをよくしてると思われる。
２度とオートバックスの車検はやらない。

It seems that the shop side is making a lot of deception like this because the car inspection cost is cheaper.
I will never do an AUTOBACS vehicle inspection again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この時期はタイヤ交換で忙しいなかパンク修理を頼んだ所、予約いっぱいにもかかわらず時間外対応してもらえました。
早目に30分前に行って待つつもりで行ったら即対応してもらえ、しかも会員だったので無料で終わりました。
スタッフの対応も良くお気に入りの店です。
During this time, I was busy changing tires, so I asked for a flat tire repair, and even though I had a lot of reservations, I was able to respond after hours.
If I went 30 minutes in advance and intended to wait, they would respond immediately, and since I was a member, it ended for free.
The staff are very friendly and this is my favorite shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応が丁寧で在庫量も多いと思います。ただ商談席？それが少し多く感じるせいか、その分レジが少ないので混雑してる時の並びに時間がかかります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エンジンオイルを入れてもらったのですが。融雪材による錆具合が気になってピットに入れさせてもらったら、自分が買ったオイルの半額の物を入れられる手前でした。品揃えはいいので買い物だけならいいかもしれません。
I had the engine oil added. When I was worried about the rust condition caused by the snowmelt material and let me put it in the pit, it was just before I could put half the price of the oil I bought. The assortment is good, so it may be good if you just shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車高調のダストブーツを注文しました。二個頼んだのにもかかわらず、1つしか届きませんでした。送料もかかっているのに二度手間です。確認の電話で担当が2個の金額を提示してきたにも関わらず酷すぎです。尚もっと酷いのが、初めて注文を受ける種類の物だからと、物はメーカーから２、３日で来るのに、１回本社に行って審査があるので3週間掛かると言われ、何をしたいのか全く分かりません。年々品揃えもマニアックな車好きの層の賞品も少なくなっており、行く価値のない新潟のダサさ、県民性、やっぱり新潟だなぁって思わされるゴミオートバックスですね。関東のオートバックスのクオリティには絶対になりませんね。正味ゴミしか売ってないですよ。定員も無愛想でゴミですしね。

The number of prizes for car enthusiasts who are enthusiastic about the product lineup is decreasing year by year, and it is a garbage AUTOBACS that seems to be Niigata because of its dullness, prefectural character, which is not worth going to. It will never be the quality of AUTOBACS in Kanto. Only net garbage is sold. The capacity is also unfriendly and garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ でかい店舗ですが、店舗の半分くらいは整備場ですので、売り場はそこまで広くありません。
一通りの商品は揃っているので、こだわりが無ければ大体揃います。
店舗に置いていない物でも店員さんに頼めば、取り寄せて取り付けしてくれますので、ネットで探して持ち込みとか面倒な人にはおすすめです。これはやはり店舗型が圧倒的に楽だと思う。
道路が混んでいて右折で入りにくいです。

閉店時間前ギリギリに到着しました。
適合するチェーンを
用意してくれてありました。
その後、間違いがないように、
更に調べてくれて
無事購入する事が出来ました。
閉店間際だったのに、
最後まで親切丁寧な対応でした‼️
