★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしたの平成12,3年頃？平成14,5年くらいからお世話になってると思う。価格的には安い方なのかな、会員制やポイント制など数年おきに変えるので戸惑う、全体的に説明不足な印象。オイル交換が100円/㍑でできるのでいつもお願いしている、エレメントは1500円前後と交換工賃が500円程かかります。車種により違うと思うので要確認。友人はオイル交換でトラブってましたが私は大したトラブルも無く永いことお世話になってます。※ここに書いた金額は税別
追記2022(令和4)年1月からオイル交換工賃500円、エレメント交換工賃は軽自動車500円普通車1000円大型車1500円だったかな？金額は正確じゃないけど改訂されてます。

Oil change can be done at 100 yen / liter, so I always ask for an element, which costs around 1500 yen and a replacement wage of around 500 yen. I think it depends on the car model, so check it. Addendum From January 2022 (Reiwa 4), the oil replacement wage was 500 yen, and the element replacement wage was 500 yen for light cars, 1000 yen for ordinary cars, and 1500 yen for large cars. The amount is not accurate but has been revised.

営業時間中に電話しても全然出ないし整備の腕も良くないと感じました
壊れるかもしれないと前もって説明しておけば壊れても仕方ないですよね？って態度が気分を害しました
妻の車もここに車検お願いしてたけど違うところにお願いしようと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を何日も前にコールセンターで予約してから行ったのですが、代車がないから別の日に来てくださいと言われました。休みの日に朝から起きて行ったのに？予約してるのに？！何の為の予約？？とかなり驚きましたが、コールセンターの人が代車無しで予約をしていたそうです。なぜ予約の電話の時に聞いてくれなかったのか。部品を取り寄せる車検なので、代車は必ず必要なハズだったのですが。
コバックの方はキチンとされてますが、コールセンターの方が・・・。
最後に「何かご不明点はございませんか」と言われましたが、正しくは「何かご不明点はございますか？」ですし。

Did you get up from the morning on your day off? Do you have a reservation? !! What is the reservation for? ?? I was quite surprised, but it seems that the person at the call center made a reservation without a substitute car. Why didn't you ask me when I made the reservation call? Since it was a car inspection to order parts, a substitute car was a must.
Kobac is said to be chitin, but the call center is ...
At the end, I was asked "Do you have any questions?", But the correct answer is "Do you have any questions?"
