★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで働いているスタッフです。入居者さんが気持ちよく生活できるようにお手伝いをさせていただいています。建物は古いですが、お部屋はきちんとお手入れされています。
お食事は調理した物をお召し上がりいただきます。美味しい美味しいと言って食べていただけると作りがいがあります！
お誕生日会や季節の行事を行い、日々の暮らしが穏やかに楽しく過ごせるように、ご入居者ご本人とご家族と相談しつつ、専門の資格を持ったベテランスタッフが支援計画をたててます。
もちろん相性もありますから、誰でもというわけにいかないところもあります。その辺を考慮して、星四つにします。ご関心のある方は、外見で判断せず、ぜひ見学して、入居者さんの笑顔を見て頂きたいです♪
