11月頃訪れましたが、オリジナルのお米も売ってました‼️
海苔も美味しいので 軍艦や巻物もオススメ
お茶の粉美味しい‼️
お湯出す所ちょっと熱いかな
昼は混むので 車とめたり 中で待つよ‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めっちゃ忙しい時間に行ったのに、注文書渡しても嫌な顔ひとつせず‼️いつも一番最初に居る職人さん。若いのに、ユーモアもあり気が利いてる。こちらが元気貰える‼️味も接客も最高‼️あの職人さん最高過ぎる‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元サッカーチーム「ブラウブリッツ秋田」のナイター戦の対戦時間が１８時３０分で、開場が１６時３０分。席を取ってから開戦までの時間が２時間弱。こんな時は回転寿司へ、との事で訪問の「三陸工房すノ家」さん。
今では沢山の１００円回転寿司が沢山ありますが、こちら「三陸工房すノ家」さんは秋田県に一番最初にできたお店（と記憶してますが、確認はしてません）です。
海鮮があまり得意でない私にとって、好きなものを食べられる回転寿司は有難いです。まあ、一般の寿司屋さんでも好きなものは食べられますが、私の財力では厳しいものがありますんで(笑)
お醤油とお茶を準備して臨みます！ まずは、マグロの赤身を。定番中の定番ですね。続いて、真イカを。歯応えがプリプリ。
そして、エンガワを。白身魚の旨味を堪能。でも、写真撮り忘れました(￣▽￣;) お寿司を食べていたら汁物ワカメ汁が運ばれてきました。お茶があっても味噌汁が欲しいタイプなんです。
続いて、ビントロを。マグロの脂を味わいます。もう一度イカを食べたくなり、今度はアオリイカを。真イカとは違った歯応え。最後は、ネギトロを。叩いたマグロの美味しさを楽しみます。
合計６皿とみそ汁の７品。所要時間１５分で退店。ごちそうさまでした。やはり時間のない時の回転寿司は助かりますね(^^♪

Prepare soy sauce and tea! First of all, lean tuna. It's a classic among the classics. Next, true squid. The texture is crisp.
And the porch. Enjoy the taste of white fish. However, I forgot to take a picture (￣ ▽ ￣;) When I was eating sushi, the soup wakame seaweed juice was brought in. I'm the type who wants miso soup even if I have tea.
Next, Bintoro. Taste the fat of tuna. I want to eat squid again, this time Aori squid. The texture is different from that of true squid. Finally, Negitoro. Enjoy the deliciousness of the tuna you hit.
A total of 6 dishes and 7 dishes of miso soup. Closed in 15 minutes. Thank you for the meal. After all, conveyor belt sushi when you don't have time is helpful (^^ ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも盛岡周辺のすノ家で食べています。
たまたま秋田に仕事で行き、毎回注文する炙りエンガワを食べましたが、盛岡のとは違ってぷりぷり感が絶品でした。
盛岡のも美味しいですが秋田で食べたのも違う美味しさがあります。
2貫110円で食べれて嬉しいのですが、あまりの安さで従業員の方々に感謝です。
他の寿司も美味しかったです。
110円以上の価値があります。
I always eat at the Sunoya around Morioka.
I happened to go to Akita for work and ate the roasted porch that I ordered every time, but unlike Morioka, the feeling of plumpness was excellent.
Morioka is also delicious, but eating it in Akita has a different taste.
I'm happy to eat 2 pieces for 110 yen, but I'm grateful to the employees for being so cheap.
The other sushi was also delicious.
It is worth more than 110 yen.
