毎度窓口の対応悪すぎる。今回、一万円札を、新札に両替してほしくて行きましたが、番号が呼ばれたので窓口へ行くと、毎度のことながら無言で迎えて頂き、無言のままお金と伝票を回収。前回も業務的な言葉もいっさいなく進められ、こちらの言ってることが伝わっているか不安なことがあったので、今回は両替の伝票に『新札』と書きました。そして持ってきたのは明らかに新札ではない、ヨレヨレの赤いインクがついている、『折り目がないお金』を用意してきたので(しかも無言)、新しめのお金にしてもお祝いに使いたかったのでインクは嫌だなと思い、指摘してみると、ボソッと『機械で出てくるので。』とひとこと言われただけで変えてくれませんでした。。。しかも封筒くださいと言っただけで、ムスッとした顔で無言で出され怖いです。毎回、基本無言で業務的な言葉もいっさいなく、両替で行った人は客ではないのでしょうか。変えてもらったお金が新札でないことぐらい私にもわかりますよ。貯金や共済の取引もありますが、本当はJAなんて全部解約してやりたい。特にここの支店は行くと必ず嫌な思いをする。そのまま多摩信に行ってちゃんとした新札に変えてもらいました。多摩信は新札にしてくださいの一言で、ピシッとした連番のお金を封筒と一緒に笑顔で出して頂けました☆ JAの窓口の方、多摩信で研修させてもらうといいですよ

I went to Tama Shin as it was and had it changed to a proper new bill. Shin Tama was a word to make a new bill, and he gave me a smile with a smile on the money with a serial number. It would be nice to have the JA window train at Tama Shin.
