お試し体験で初ジムてあったが、インストラクターの人か気さくで話しやすいから入会しました。

エアロバイクやランニングマシンで使用中の常連の方とインストラクターがスマートフォンを見ながらマシンを利用していたので、自分もスマートフォン触りながらマシンを使っていると、
「スマートフォン見ながらマシン使わないでください」
と注意を受けました。なぜ私がダメで、あの人はOKなのか？と聞いたところ、言葉に詰まっていました。
常連を贔屓するのも商売としては大事かもしれませんが、とても不愉快だったので退会しました。
星１も勿体ないです。０です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インストラクターみたいな人は本当に見てるだけでこちらからガンガン聞いていかないと何も教えてくれません、2組になって楽しそうにずっとおしゃべりしてるので話しかけにくい。
常連達が機器に腰掛けて話してるせいで思うように機器が使えませんがインストラクターの方も注意せず一緒に話してました。
人は多く機器が空いてる事も少なく、それでも三カ月ほぼ毎日通い続けインストラクターからの一言が「ずっとみてましたけどやり方も間違ってますよ」三カ月いつも合ってたのに機器のやり方の指導もされず、もちろん体はボロボロで効果はマイナスでした。
風呂場の扇風機もホコリがたまっておりとても衛生的とは言えません。
退会に行った際にも手が空いてるにもかかわらず女性店員が話してばかりで一人で対応してるスタッフの方がかわいそうでした（もちろんそのせいで立ったまま対応されるのを待ってました）
退会の控えも渡されず、受付からインストラクターをはじめ対応は星1以下でした。

The fans in the bathroom are also dusty and not very hygienic.
Even when I went out of the club, the staff who spoke alone and corresponded to them was sorry even though they were available (the course I waited to be treated while standing still. )
The withdrawal notice was not passed, and the response from the receptionist to the instructor was less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーナーはアドバイスをしてくださる方もいれば見ているだけの方もいる。
ただ受付の方がいつ行っても結構な声量でずっと喋られている。
特に受付でキンキン声のメガネをかけている方は声もでかく、同僚とはペチャクチャ喋り回っているが会員がカードを通すと一気に声を低くして挨拶をしてくる。トレーニングをしていてもキンキン声で声がデカいためとてもうるさい。

Especially those who wear glasses with a kinky voice at the reception are loud, and although they are chatting with colleagues, when the member swipes the card, they greet with a low voice at once. Even if I'm training, it's very noisy because my voice is big with a kinkin voice.
