ランナーや子ずれファミリーに人気です。
今回は近くにある濱福鶴さんの蔵マルシェでお酒、豆腐、がんもどき等を購入して青空の下一杯でした❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住吉川の、川の水が、綺麗でした。思わず手を伸ばしました。冷たくて気持ちがいい。桜も散り気味でしたが、2時間ホド滞在。こんな日もあってもいい。

公園内にトイレはありませんが、すぐ近くにコンビニがあります。

住吉川沿いで国道43号線より住吉川河口までの右岸と左岸に7ブロックある公園の全てを指します。
地元の人の憩いの場所としてはもちろん、住吉川のジョギングコースのアップ場所と休憩場所としても使えます。
春になると桜があたり一面に咲いていて綺麗で癒されます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 街ナカに流れる小規模な整備河川。と思っていたが川遊びスポットでもある。激しく流れるような箇所は限定的で緩やかな流れでは小さな子供も安心して遊べる。水中生物も思ったより豊富で川魚やカニ、エビ、うなぎ、水鳥などが見られる。
案外いいところ。
