数年ぶりに懐かしく思い出したように、無性に食べたくなって花家さんに行きました。以前から当日買いはなかなか出来なく大人気の和菓子屋さんです。今回は開店時間同時に電話予約を試みましたが電話が繋がらず数回かけてやっと予約できました。次から次へとお客の流れがあり開店時間の9時半予約は狭い道路が大渋滞になります。なので10時半予約にしましたが、人の流れは止まりません。今回小麦饅頭粒と味噌饅頭を買いました。蒸かしたてで熱々の小麦饅頭からは懐かしい香りが漂い、思わず帰り道の車の中で速攻食べました。甘いのが苦手な私が唯一好んで食べれるこの饅頭の甘さは、なんとも癖になる中毒性の美味しさです。そして皮は小麦の香りが漂い昔懐かしい味わいです。この皮と餡子のバランスが何とも最高なんです。 1回に3個くらいぺろっといけます。幸せな時間をありがとうございます。また買いに行きます。事前予約を必ずしてから行きましょう!

So I made a reservation at 10:30, but the flow of people does not stop. I bought wheat buns and miso buns this time. The freshly steamed and hot wheat buns gave off a nostalgic scent, and I ate it in the car on my way home. The sweetness of this bun, which I like to eat because I don't like sweetness, is an addictive taste that makes me addicted. And the skin has a nostalgic taste with the scent of wheat. The balance between the skin and the bean paste is the best. You can get about 3 at a time. Thank you for your happy time. I will go buy it again. 近くに行ったので久しぶりに花家の饅頭を思い出し朝一寄ってみました。店頭には車が数台あり、予約無しで行ったので購入できないかも?って思いましたが、つぶ餡なら用意できるとの事でお土産に購入しました!ほんとに何年ぶり?生地は蒸しパンのようでつぶ餡がはみ出し、とても懐かしいく美味しかったです。

「花家」の饅頭を初めて食べたのが、私の新築祝いの手土産で頂いた時(20年前)でした。?食べた瞬間に頭の中で数十年前(昔の饅頭の味)に「タイムスリップ」しました❗あぁ、美味い‼️?それから、何回か通いましたが混んでいて「売り切れ」です。その後、予約で何とか買えましたが・・・。今日は久々(5~6年振り)に思い付き⁉️で来店したら最後の6個買えました。『ラッキー??』でした。
