平	平野善信 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉄道史上でも古い優等列車専用通過線が上下線にある駅。対面式ホームで準急との緩急接続が出来ていたら利便性が向上したようですが、残念ながら路線の連続立体化工事の際、緩急接続が提案される迄は対面式ホームは無理でしょう。南海高野線利用で住吉大社へと参拝するのには此の駅が便利ですが、阪堺電車上町線の神ノ木電停への乗換には電車内放送や駅案内図は有りますが、時間が掛かり乗換に向いていません。高野線の旧岸里駅が新岸里玉出駅へと替わり線路付け替えで分断される迄は、汐見橋駅行き普通電車が５番線で折り返し運転していたのは、今や昔で遺構だけが残る駅。 A station with an old honor train-only transit line in the history of railways. み	みかんみかん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2面4線の駅で各駅停車のみ停車する駅。その他はホームのない線路を通過します。住吉大社の近くの駅でもあるが、お年を召した方には少し遠すぎるかも知れません。天下茶屋で南海線に乗り換えて住吉大社駅で降りることをお勧めします。車内アナウンスや張り紙で上町線乗り換えと案内がなされていますが、最寄り駅である『神ノ木停留所』は結構急勾配の階段があるため却下。南海高野線の線路を跨ぐためなので致し方なし。上下ホームは改札内で繋がっていません。ちなみに難波方面のホームの御手洗の方が広く、AED設置型自動販売機があったり、若干優遇されています。 A station with 4 lines on 2 sides and only stops at each station.
