★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪市住吉区を南北に通っています熊野街道沿いにあります。十三佛さまは表の別棟にまつられてらっしゃるので何時でも拝む事が出来ます。十三体全てがひとつの巨石から彫り出されたそうです、随分と大きな石だったんですね。寺伝に拠ると平安時代の名僧恵心僧都源信さまの開基になるそうで後の浄土系の開祖の方々に多大な影響を与えられた方です。自身は比叡山にてかの元三大師さまに師事されそうでスーパースターがスーパースターに師事すると言う凄い系譜ですよね。十三佛信仰と言うのは日本独自の信仰の様で生きている間は干支の守り本尊として、亡くなってからは忌日の守り本尊として極楽往生を願う人々に篤く信仰されています、素朴とも言えるその像容は心に沁みますよ、是非ご覧になりませんか？熊野街道歩きを兼ねて歴史散歩と言う事で。
