★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上有住から釜石までの舗装林道の峠です。箱根峠の林道は上有住側の道は良好です。
ここから未舗装の管理道を通って、仙人峠道路の真上に有る頂上電波塔群に行けますが、管理道は道幅が狭くかなり勾配がきついので、一般車で電波塔まで行くのはお勧めしません。頂上の眺めも電波塔と林で遮られます。
2020.11月 再訪 ?と渓流、綺麗だったので写真追加しました。渓流 住田側の道のガードレールの下に流れているので、車で通ると気が付きにくいかもしれません。
It is a paved forest road pass from Kamiarisu to Kamaishi. The forest road on the Hakone Pass is good on the Kamiarisu side.
From here, you can go through the unpaved management road to the top radio towers directly above the Sennin-Toge Road, but the management road is narrow and the slope is quite steep, so it is recommended to go to the radio tower by ordinary car. I will not. The view of the summit is also blocked by the radio tower and the forest.
November 2020 Revisited ? and mountain stream, because it was beautiful, I added a photo. The mountain stream runs under the guardrail on the road on the Sumita side, so it may be hard to notice if you drive through it.
