d	dali ceren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトレンズの処方箋をもらいに行きました。若い方たちだけあってか、接客態度がイマイチな方が数人いらっしゃいました。受付の女性はどことなく上から目線で、お釣りのトレイもお客さんに対してポイッと投げ置く形になっています。本人に自覚はないと思いますが、これではお客さんへの接客の柔らかさが足りません。接客の丁寧さや柔らかさは、言葉遣いや声のトーンだけではなく、自分たちの体の動きでも印象が変わります。私に対応した男性職員は、「ソフトにするかハードにするか決めていただかないとこちらでは何もできませんので」とワリと上から目線で印象が悪かったです。こういうセリフは嫌みったらしいので、「このままハードに……して……みますか？？」という提案型でゆっくりとした投げかけがよろしいです。自分たちの言動がお客さんにどういう影響を与えるのか、経験と反省を日々重ねていって欲しいと思います。 I went to get a prescription for contact lenses.
