女性の担当者でしたが、相談当初より「あまり物件がない地域なんですよね。。」と消極的な対応・・。
案の定その後の連絡はほとんどなく、お聞きしてようやく出てきた物件も、既に何ヶ月も前から出回っている売れ残りばかり。
中には既に売約成立で取り壊され、更地となっている物件を中古一戸建てとして紹介する始末。
「その一戸建て、１ヶ月ほど前に取り壊され、更地になっていましたよ」と指摘すると「弊社の管理物件ではないので･･･」とよく分からない言い訳。
物件管理もできておらず、責任感のかけらも感じられません。
また、こちらから情報提供した移転物件や空き家物件についても、「所有者に確認し連絡します」とのことでしたが、１ヶ月以上経っても連絡すらない状態です。
結局、半年以上時間を無駄にしただけでした。
こんなことになるなら、当初から他の不動産屋に相談すればよかった。
後悔しかありません。

Some of the properties that have already been demolished due to the conclusion of the sale and have become vacant lots are introduced as second-hand single-family homes.
When he pointed out that the detached house was demolished about a month ago and was a vacant lot, he said, "It's not a property managed by our company ...".
I haven't managed the property, and I don't feel any sense of responsibility.
Also, regarding the relocated property and vacant house property for which information was provided from here, it was said that "we will confirm and contact the owner", but we have not contacted even after more than a month.
After all, I wasted more than half a year.
If this happens, I should have consulted with another real estate agent from the beginning.
I have only regrets.
