契約後の対応が悪く、こちらから問合せの電話をするまで連絡をしてくれない。書類はこの日に届くと言われたけど、言われた日には届かないし、インターネットの契約は手続き出来るのでして下さいと言われたからサポートセンターに電話したのに手続きが出来る状態ではなく、なにを確認してるのかわからない。
そういった状況については新築だから仕方がないといった言い訳ばかり。仲介業やめたらいい。
