も	もんぶらん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもから風邪が移って受診。この時期なので発熱外来ということで車で受診。先に電話にて住所や諸症状について問診。その際、確かにこちらも鼻声だったりで聞き取りづらいかもしれないが、「は？」等はやめた方がいいと思う。「お電話遠い様なんですけれども」が正解な気が。車の中で受診するのは明確なのに、先に発熱外来専用の駐車場への案内がなく、二度手間。全体的に最初の電話の受付の方の案内不足・態度等、対応した看護師の態度が悪く感じた。会計してくれた方は優しかったです。 I had a cold from my child and had a medical examination.
