田	田中彰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒲田で美味しいお鮨が頂けそうなお店を家族で探していたところ、たまたま当店を発見し飛込みで来店して見ました。一見鮨やかと思いきや‼️ 大将と若いスタッフが作る創作料理のお店でした。店内は落ち着いた和的雰囲気があり、接客(店長最高)、味(美味しい)、価格(お手頃)、器(こだわりあり)、創作力(目新しいさ大)で大満足なお店でした。また、食材も旬の野菜、魚、肉と多岐に渡り、料理も寿司、刺身、焼き物、煮物、揚げ物、お酒と選択肢が多く満足して頂けるお店でした。週末は混んでいる可能性大なので、来店時は電話予約してからがお薦めです。今回頂いた一押しは、鮫の心臓でレバ刺の食感で臭みも無くグッドでした(入荷によります)。また、鮪のカマ刺は口溶け最高の大トロでした。とうもろこし揚げ(夏場のみ？)も塩加減、味も良かったです。今回たまたま頂けた変わり食材は、入荷状況に左右されますので、運が良ければ頂けるかもしれません。悪しからず。 When I was looking for a restaurant where I could have delicious rice cakes in Kamata, I happened to find our store and visited it.
