この度、リフォームで見積り依頼し、予想以上の設計提案と金額に大満足。そこでお任せしようと思った矢先、娘の居住地周辺で新居をという話になり一旦お断りとなりました。家族は新築ならば信頼性の高いハウスメーカーが良いと言ってましたが、リフォーム依頼時の誠実さに惚れて「かいてきさん」にも見積もろうかとの話にもなってます。私は大賛成ですし引けを取らない設計施工が可能だろうと確信しています。土地等が確定（実建築は少し後に）したら是非とも見積りを依頼したいと考えております。高額の契約は、信頼性が一番ですからね。
