★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce bar à saké ? après être aller au Pokémon Center de Tokyo. L'ensemble du menu des sakés et de la nourriture est en japonais mais le personnel nous a beaucoup aidé à trouver un saké et nous a proposé quelques accompagnement comme des boulettes de fromage fumé. Une vraie immersion dans le monde très diversifié du saké qui n'a rien à envier au vin ou à la bière.
We stumbled upon this sake bar ? after going to the Pokémon Center in Tokyo. The whole menu of sakes and food is in Japanese but the staff helped us a lot to find a sake and offered us some side dishes like smoked cheese dumplings. A real immersion in the very diverse world of sake that has nothing to envy to wine or beer.

他のテーブルは見えない作りに
なっているので
落ち着きます。
料理もすごく基本を大事にした上で
工夫が凝らされている感じでした。
もちろんお酒に合うものばかりです。
トイレは大変古めかしいものでしたが
キチンと清掃や手入れが
されていました。
個室が一つしかないのは
ちょっと不便ですが
都心は仕方ないかな。

新政、田酒やいいお日本酒はもちろん
聞いたことない日本酒もたくさん
コースの値段によって飲める種類は
変わりますが
間違いなく全部飲めるコースにするのがいいです
まぁ全部飲みきれるわけではないんですけどね笑
ただおすすめのお酒から
名前のフィーリングや店員さんのおすすめで
頼んで飲むのも粋なんで
まさに粋酔です
コースのつまみも
酒盗的なのが多いので
ぐんぐんお酒すすみます
明日の予定に余裕あるときに
行って是非ガンガン飲むのが
おすすめです笑
また別店舗もあるので
そちらも変わらずおすすめです
上野の別店舗はオープンな
こじんまりした個人店みたいなに対して
日本橋の方が
少し大きめでちょっと個室感あるので
使い分けで利用するのが酔いかと
